Product description
Have your compatible wall bracket fitted and your television securely mounted. We disconnect and uninstall the old TV, unbox the new one, connect power and Wi-Fi, configure the TV and reconnect your existing services and devices. Channel tuning, cable tidying, a short demonstration and packaging cleanup are included. The television, bracket and cables are supplied separately; the old television stays at your property.
Standard installation includes
- Disconnect and uninstall the old television, without removing it from the property.
- Unbox the new television and fit your supplied compatible wall bracket.
- Securely mount the television on the wall bracket.
- Connect the television to power and Wi-Fi, and configure its operating system and built-in Google TV where available.
- Tune available free-to-air channels and connect up to three existing streaming services.
- Reconnect up to five existing plug-and-play devices, such as a gaming console or Blu-ray player.
- Neaten connected cables with coils or ties.
- Demonstrate the TV's basic functions in a walkthrough of up to 15 minutes.
- Clean the work area and remove the installation packaging.
Site requirements
- An existing compliant power point and working antenna point with good reception must be within 1 metre of the installation location.
Not included in standard installation
- Supply of the television, furniture, wall bracket, cables or safety straps, and electrical work.
- Product delivery, removal of an old TV from the property and e-waste disposal.
- Cable concealment behind walls or in surface conduit.
- Setting up new audio equipment or creating new streaming-service accounts.
- Mounting above 1.5 metres, additional parts, parking charges and extra labour are quoted separately.
