What's included:

 

Standard single storey back-to-back installation: 

o    Installation of air conditioner by a Licensed Installers

o    Installation of a split system air conditioner unit

o    Compliance certificate (mandatory in VIC and ACT)

o    Up to 2.5 metres of pipework connecting the indoor head unit and outdoor compressor unit

o    Up to 20 metres of internal roof cable run and connecting to an existing and available circuit. Please check switchboard for capacity and availability. Does NOT include additional electrical work, such as adding a new circuit.

o    PVC ducting to conceal pipework and electrical connections

o    RCD and Weatherproof safety isolation switch mounted near outdoor unit

 

How it works:

o    After receiving your order, we will contact you and arrange for installation on a date that suits you

o    Installer will come to you to set up the unit

 

Additional charges may apply, including, but not limited to, double storey installations and non back-to-back installations. Additional charges/extras are based on individual installation requirements. Any extras that are not pre-purchased but are required will be payable to the installer on the day. In the event of any extras being required the installer will explain the reasons prior to proceeding with installation. 

 

IMPORTANT: Internal unit requires 150mm set back from roof and walls, and a 2300mm set back from ground.

Price listed is for Single Storey properties in metro areas and for units installed back-to-back.

The most common extras and their standard pricing are noted below, however please be aware that other costs may be incurred based on your individual installation requirements. Not all extras can be pre-purchased, as the installing electrician must attend site before the exact requirements can be determined. These will be completed on the day by the installer.  In this case, the installer will explain the reasons for the requirement/s before proceeding.
